"My husband and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary. We were not going to be home in the UK for it as we had chosen to holiday abroad together. We wanted to include some memories as well as thoughts for the future into our day. We also wanted to keep things simple and very personal.
Karen’s approach was very informal and she took time to interview us to find out about us both as individuals and as partners in the marriage. She was intuitive, sensitive and gained a very good understanding of what was important to us and our wishes for the future. Karen then made some personalised suggestions as to what we could do to celebrate the day.
From this we created a programme that incorporated readings, which were special to us and some that she had suggested, together with some individual actions and affirmations.
The programme Karen created for us allowed us to celebrate a truly wonderful day together. We felt that it reflected our shared journey, the good and the not so good, and created a feeling of positivity for our future.
